Starch-based pellets are a high-value and durable snack product that can be supplied to the market either in fried or raw form. However, the product ultimately requires frying before consumption. When sold in raw form, retailers or distributors can fry and package the product themselves. Alternatively, the raw pellets can be sold directly to end consumers, who fry them before consumption.
\nStarch is the primary ingredient of this product. By blending starch with other ingredients such as corn flour, potato flour, carrot powder, and similar ingredients, the pellets can be produced in a variety of flavors and formulations.

The ingredients are thoroughly mixed in the mixer and then transferred to the extruder feeder, followed by the extruder. Inside a specialized extruder equipped with a cooling system, the mixture is transformed into a gel-like state and then extruded into the desired shapes.
\nThe product is subsequently transferred to the shaping machine (Shaper), where it is formed into various shapes. It is then dried in the dryer and conveyed to the packaging section, or alternatively transferred to the frying machine and then packaged.<\/p>\n
