The raw material for this product is rice itself, and the production process is as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">First, cleaned broken rice collected from rice mills is processed in a grinding machine to produce rice flour. The resulting flour is then mixed in a mixer with a very small amount of water and conveyed to the extruder feeder and subsequently into the extruder.<br \/>Inside the extruder, due to the high pressure and a processing temperature below 70\u00b0C, the rice flour is transformed into a gel-like state. It is then extruded through the openings in the extruder die into rice-shaped strands and cut into individual grains by a cutter.<br \/>After this stage, the product is transferred to a vibratory tray and then conveyed by an air conveyor into the dryer.
