First, cleaned rice fragments left over from rice milling are collected and processed into flour using a grinding machine. The resulting flour is then mixed with a very small amount of water in a mixer and fed into the extruder feeder and extruder.
Inside the extruder, due to the high pressure and a temperature below 70\u00b0C, the flour is transformed into a gel-like state. It is then extruded through the openings in the extruder into rice-shaped pieces and cut to the desired size using a cutter.
After this stage, the product is transferred to a vibrating tray and then conveyed by an air conveyor into the dryer.
Once dried, the processed rice produced by the production line is transferred to a cooling table and then moved to the packaging section.<\/p>\n
