Biogels are a highly popular and delicious snack product, and only a limited number of companies currently manufacture them domestically. However, they have a very large market and strong sales potential.
This production line uses a variety of raw material formulations, including corn starch or potato starch, combined with corn flour, potato flour, wheat flour, and other ingredients.
The product is fried and subsequently de-oiled. The production process is as follows:
The raw materials are thoroughly mixed in the mixer and then conveyed by a screw conveyor to the extruder feeder, from where they are transferred into the extruder.
After extrusion, the product is transferred to the shaping machine (Shaper), where it is formed into the desired shapes. It then enters a fully automatic, all-stainless-steel frying machine for frying.
Following the frying process, the product is transferred by a belt conveyor to the coating and flavoring machine (Coating-Flavoring). After the desired flavoring and coating process, the finished product is ready for packaging.
