Textured Soy Protein (TSP)

Textured Soy Protein (TSP) Production Line

This Textured Soy Protein (TSP) production line is designed for the production of dry soy protein for human consumption in various sizes, as well as hydrated soy protein used in the production of various canned food products as a meat substitute.
All machinery in the soy protein production line is manufactured from stainless steel and operates automatically. The equipment is equipped with Delta inverter-driven motors, ensuring easy operation and precise control of the production process.
The complete production line is supplied with a one-year warranty and seven years of after-sales service.

As you know, soybeans are highly nutritious food products, and their protein profile is similar in many respects to that of red meat. Therefore, part of the consumption of red meat can be replaced with this valuable plant-based protein.
However, in order to convert soybeans into a product suitable for human consumption, the raw soybeans must first undergo several processing stages. The process of converting whole soybeans or soybean flour into a consumable product through the Textured Soy Protein (TSP) production line is described below.
Textured soy protein is a highly nutritious plant-based protein product with a wide range of applications in the food industry.

First, soy flour is mixed with the required additives in a mixer. The mixture is then transferred by a screw conveyor to the extruder feeder and subsequently into the extruder.
Inside the extruder, the product undergoes a texturization process under controlled temperature and pressure settings determined by the machine operator. This process gives the soy protein a fibrous texture that closely resembles the texture of red meat.
The textured soy protein is then extruded into the desired shape and conveyed by an air conveyor to the dryer. After the drying stage, the product is transferred to a cooling table, where it is cooled and prepared for packaging.
Textured soy protein has a wide range of applications in home cooking and the food industry, particularly as a plant-based meat substitute.
