Baby Food (Cerelac) Production Line

This production line is designed for manufacturing ready-to-eat baby food using various types of cereals. This product is commonly known in the market as Cerelac.
All machinery is made entirely of stainless steel and is fully automatic, equipped with Delta inverter-driven motors, making the equipment very easy to operate. The machinery also comes with a one-year warranty and seven years of after-sales service.

Baby food, commonly known as Cerelac, is a highly nutritious product for infants from birth to 2 years of age.

Since infants need to consume flour made from various types of cereals, and these cereals cannot be consumed raw or in the form of bread, different types of grains are processed through this baby food (Cerelac) production line to make them ready for infant consumption.
First, the cereal flour or raw cereal pieces are mixed with additives in a mixer. The mixture is then transferred by a screw conveyor to the feeder and subsequently into the extruder. Inside the extruder, the ingredients are not only cooked but also undergo texturing to develop the desired texture.
The product is then conveyed by an air conveyor to the dryer, where it is thoroughly dried. The baby food (Cerelac) production line is then ready to produce the final product.

After this stage, the processed product is transferred by a screw conveyor to the sifter, and then to the crumbling machine (Cramble). The crumbling machine breaks down the product and separates it into different sizes, after which the product is ready for packaging.
