The crunchy snack production line is designed to manufacture one of the most delicious and popular snack products. Currently, only a limited number of companies in Iran are engaged in its production. This product is a highly popular snack that requires a specialized extruder.
The production process of the crunchy snack line is as follows:

The raw materials for the crunchy snack production line, consisting of corn flour or broken corn, are mixed with additives in the mixer and then transferred to the extruder feeder and subsequently into the extruder.
The crunchy snack product exiting the extruder is conveyed by a belt conveyor into a sifter. In the sifter, very small particles are separated, while the properly sized pieces are transferred to the fryer.
After frying, the product passes through a vibrating oil-removal tray to remove excess oil. It is then conveyed by a belt conveyor to the flavoring machine, where various flavors are added. After this stage, the crunchy snack product is ready for packaging.
