Gas-Fired Dryers
These types of dryers supplied by Foroozan Faam Fajr Co. use heat generated by a gas burner to dry the product. Depending on the required production capacity, they are available in three-layer, five-layer, and seven-layer configurations and are equipped with a hot-air circulation system for uniform and efficient drying. These dryers are manufactured entirely from stainless steel, and their motors are equipped with Delta (Japan) inverters.
Hybrid Dryers
These dryers utilize two or three energy sources, either simultaneously or independently, to dry the product. They are more expensive than the three previously mentioned types of dryers.
The main advantage of this type of dryer is its operational flexibility and reliability. In the event of a power outage, gas supply interruption, or a malfunction in the steam system, another available energy source can be used to continue the drying process.
