The raw materials used in this Doritos (Triangular Chips) Production Line are a combination of various ingredients, such as cornmeal or corn flour, wheat, potato, and starch. After being thoroughly mixed in the mixer, the mixture is transferred to the extruder feeder and then into the extruder, where it is processed and extruded into a sheet.
The sheet is then transferred to the shaping machine, where it is formed into various shapes. After shaping, the product is conveyed to the fryer and then transferred by a belt conveyor to the coating and flavoring machine (Coating-Flavoring).
After the flavoring process, the Doritos (Triangular Chips) Production Line is ready for packaging.
