Filled Snack Production Line

This production line is designed for the production of various types of filled snacks, including pillow-shaped filled snacks, filled snack sticks, and various breakfast cereals. All machinery is manufactured from stainless steel and operates fully automatically. The equipment is equipped with Delta inverter-driven motors (Japan), ensuring precise and efficient control of the production process and ease of operation. This filled snack production line is designed for the production of various types of filled and unfilled snacks.

In this production line, corn grits, corn flour, and wheat flour are used as raw materials for filled snack production. The raw materials are mixed with various additives in a mixer and then transferred by a screw conveyor to the extruder feeder and extruder.
The extrusion process produces puffed and extruded snacks in various shapes and sizes, with or without filling. The products are then cut into different sizes and shapes using a shaping and cutting machine (Shaper).
The shaped snacks are subsequently conveyed by a belt conveyor into the dryer, where they are dried in three- to five-layer drying systems, depending on the required production capacity.
All dryers are manufactured with stainless-steel bodies and can be powered by different energy sources, including electricity, gas, or steam, depending on the factory’s requirements and available utilities.

After exiting the dryer, the filled snack products are transferred by a belt conveyor to the dragee/coating and flavoring machine (Coating-Flavoring). At this stage, the snacks are coated and flavored with various ingredients, such as cheese, pepper, oil, sesame, and other flavorings. The finished products are then ready for packaging.
