Snack (Puffed Snack) Production Line

This production line is designed for manufacturing various types of puffed snacks in different shapes, including ball-shaped, ring-shaped, motor-shaped, bean-shaped, and other forms. For producing various types of snacks using modern extrusion technology, a continuous snack production line is required.

In this snack production line, corn flour, broken corn, wheat flour, or broken wheat are used as the main raw materials. The ingredients and additives are thoroughly mixed in the mixer and then transferred by a screw conveyor to the extruder. The extruder produces a puffed (extruded) product in various shapes, including round, ring-shaped, mini-royal, bean-shaped, and other customized forms.

By adjusting the operating parameters of the extruder, various products, including puffed and textured snacks, can be produced. After the extrusion stage, the product is conveyed by an air conveyor to the dryer, where it is dried using three- to five-layer drying systems, depending on the required production capacity.

The temperature and speed of all our dryers are adjustable, and the systems are available in electric, gas-fired, and steam-heated configurations. After leaving the dryer, the snack (puffed snack) is transferred by a belt conveyor to the coating and flavoring machine (Coating-Flavoring). After this stage, the snack product is ready for packaging. This production line produces delicious and crispy puffed snacks.
