This production line can produce a variety of dog and cat food products, depending on the type and formulation of the raw materials used. The production process begins with thoroughly mixing the raw materials, including meat meal, flour or crushed grains, various premixes (Premix), and other ingredients, in the mixer. The mixture is then conveyed by a screw conveyor to the extruder feeder and subsequently transferred into the extruder. Inside the extruder, the ingredients are subjected to controlled temperature and pressure, where they are compressed and cooked through the extrusion process. The product is then extruded into the desired shape and conveyed by an air conveyor to the dryer, where excess moisture is removed. It is subsequently transferred by a belt conveyor to the coating and flavoring machine (Coating-Flavoring). In this machine, the product is coated with oil and flavored with various flavorings, seasonings, and powdered ingredients. After this stage, the product is transferred to a cooling table, where it is cooled and prepared for packaging.
