This production line is designed for manufacturing a wide range of filled and unfilled snacks. In this line, various types of crushed corn, corn flour, and wheat flour, along with additives, are thoroughly mixed in a mixer. The mixture is then conveyed by a screw conveyor to the extruder feeder and extruder, where it is processed into puffed and extruded products in various shapes, with or without filling.
The extruded product is then cut into different sizes and shapes by a shaping machine (Shaper). Afterward, the products are transferred by a belt conveyor into the dryer, where they are dried in three- to five-layer drying systems, depending on the required production capacity.
All dryers are manufactured with stainless-steel bodies and can be powered by different energy sources, including electricity, gas, or steam, depending on the requirements and specifications of the production facility.
After leaving the dryer, the product is transferred by a belt conveyor to the coating and flavoring machine, where various flavors and coatings such as cheese, chili, oil, sesame, and other ingredients are applied. The finished product is then ready for packaging.
