Corn flakes are a highly popular breakfast product that is typically consumed with milk or chocolate milk. This production line uses crushed corn, corn flour, wheat flour, and other grains as raw materials.
In this production line, the raw materials are thoroughly mixed with various additives in a mixer and then conveyed by a screw conveyor to the extruder feeder and extruder, where extruded or textured products, either filled or unfilled, are produced.
Depending on the type of product, the extruded material is either transferred directly to the dryer or conveyed to a flaking machine (Flaker), where it is processed into flakes. After this stage, depending on the desired product specifications, the flakes can either be dried or fried.
All of these processes are carried out using fully automatic, all-stainless-steel machinery. The product is then transferred to the coating and flavoring machine (Coating-Flavoring) for the application of the desired coating or flavoring.
The finished product is then ready for packaging.
